Enjoy UAE-wide Delivery- Your order will be processed immediately upon purchase. You will receive two emails. One, that confirms the items are being processed and second, that confirms the product dispatched once they are ready to be delivered.

A. Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Charges:
    • Free Delivery & Assembly for Orders Above AED 500
    • AED 19 Delivery & Assembly for Orders from AED 1 to 100
    • AED 35 Delivery & Assembly for Orders from AED 101 to 499
  • Delivery Duration: Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days. (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
  • Product Type: All Furniture & Accessories

B. Express Delivery

  • Delivery Charges: AED 199 Delivery & Assembly for Any Order Value
  • Delivery Duration: 2 Business Days (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
  • Product Type: All Furniture & Accessories except Customized Products
    • Rak & UAQ: Tuesdays
    • Fujairah: Wednesdays & Saturdays
    • Al Ain: Mondays & Fridays
    • Express delivery is available on specific days for the following areas:

Express Delivery Not Available For:

  • Remote Areas:
    • Abu Dhabi: Liwa, Madinat Zayed, Gayathi, Bidda Al Motawah, Tarif, Marfa, Sila, Ruwais, Shuwayhat Island, Al Ghwaifat, Abu Al Abyad Island, Al Aryam Island, Dalma Island

Q. When am I going to receive the order that I placed today?
A. The delivery schedule will depend on the item and the time when you placed the order. The standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days.

Q. What if I miss out on my order delivery?
A. Not to worry! Our delivery partner will get in touch to reschedule your delivery. Alternatively, can reach out to us on our toll-free number 6005 62463 to assist with your rescheduled delivery as well.


Q. How do I track my shipment?
A. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to get the status of your delivery. You can also call us on 6005 62463 for an update.

Q. Can I change my delivery address?
A. You have the option to modify the delivery address before we ship your order. You need to call our customer service representative on Toll-Free Number 6005 62463 or send an e-mail to info@ochome.ae to the changes updated.  

Note - We operate from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GST).

Q. What if I receive a damaged product?
A. Our manufacturing team has taken up highly specialised quality-control measures to ensure the product is damage-free when delivered to your location.
