Please note that OC Home does not collect or save your credit/debit card information while making a transaction. Your details are fetched directly from your respective bank’s payment gateway. There may be times when your money gets deducted at the time of making a payment but you receive a Transaction Failure message. During these situations, it is recommended to reach out to your bank and request a refund.
At the moment, OC Home delivers products only across UAE.
Our customer service team will reach out to you during these rare situations. Based on the availability, you will get an option to reschedule the delivery date and time. We operate our delivery services from Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, GST.
The delivery schedule will depend on the item and the time when you placed the order. The standard delivery for accessories takes 2-3 working days and furniture is approximately 5-7 working days. The express delivery takes 48 hours for both accessories and furniture to be shipped to your location.
AED 500 & Above - All items ordered delivered will be free of charge AED 499 & Below - Flat charge of AED 79 will be charged for all areas across the UAE.
The shipping cost is added to your total product amount. These charges can be viewed on the billing page, where you proceed to place the order and checkout.
Discounts on the item selected can be seen on the billing page. You can check the discount along with your shipping charges, before placing an order with us.
Here is the step by step process that we follow for damaged items at the time of delivery. 1. Repair - Our team will service the damaged product. 2. Replace - If the damaged item cannot be fixed, we will issue a replacement request for the same product. 3. Refund - Only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced (depending on the defect & availability) a refund will be issued. Note - For Cash on Delivery payment, a refund will only be issued to your store credit. It will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
