OC Home delivers to all areas across the Oman except Jebel Akhdar.

The order will be processed immediately after you complete the purchase with us. You will receive two emails. One, that confirms the items are being processed and second, that confirms the product dispatched once they are ready to be delivered.

A Quick Guide to Online Shopping Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Reschedule - If you request to postpone a scheduled delivery or if your representative is not available to receive the item - the shipment gets rescheduled to the next available date. The details will be shared with you in advance for reference.  
  • Seating Items - Ensure to take a seat on the item to ensure that the framework is stable with your weight. Once our team leaves your location after delivering the products, we will be only able to honour any manufacturing defects and other breakages. 
  • Delay in Delivery - At OC Home, we strive to provide the best experience and try to deliver all your items on time. However, during exceptional circumstances, your delivery slot time may vary due to factors beyond our control for which you will be notified in advance. 
  • Accessible Area - To ensure smooth delivery by our service team, we request that the location and the passage to the receiving area for the products are easily accessible, clear and ready to accommodate. Our team will not dismantle or shift the items on-site.

Q. When am I going to receive the order that I placed today?
A. The delivery schedule will depend on the item and the time when you placed the order. The standard delivery for accessories takes 5-7 working days and furniture is approximately 7-10 working days.

Q. What if I miss out on my order delivery?
A. Not to worry! Our delivery partner will get in touch to reschedule your delivery. Alternatively, can reach out to us on our toll-free number 80029566 to assist with your rescheduled delivery as well.


Q. How do I track my shipment?
A. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to get the status of your delivery. You can also call us on 80029566 for an update.

Q. What if I receive a damaged product?
A. Our manufacturing team has taken up highly specialised quality-control measures to ensure the product is damage-free when delivered to your location.
