Online Shopping Returns & Refund
OC Home provides a return and refund offer if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchased products. Note - we have set criteria for each category. If the item does not meet the specified requirement, we may refuse the return. Here is everything you need to know.
A. Refund Policy & Eligibility For Furniture & Homeware Items
Return Policy
Return and refund of any item is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase
Eligibility for Return & Refund
You can refund any item within 14 days from the date of purchase if any of the following conditions are met:
- Return and refund is applicable if the item is unused, unopened and remains in the original packaging and condition.
- Return and refund requests can be made if the product is damaged at the time of arrival.
- Item discrepancy issues
- If within 365 days of purchase, the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, a full refund or exchange is offered. Photo evidence for the manufacturing defect is required.
Note: Ensure that you provide the invoice when returning the item
B. Manufacturing Defect Resolution
Step by step process
1. Repair - Our team will service the damaged item.
2. Replace - If the damaged item cannot be fixed, we will issue a replacement request for the same product.
3. Refund - If the item still cannot be repaired or replaced (depending on the defect & availability) a refund will be issued.
- Change of Mind
Not applicable for return and refund once the product has been delivered.
C. Hygiene Products
Due to safety reasons, OC Home will not be issuing a return or refund for the following items:
- Duvets
- Bedsheets
- Mattresses
- Pillows
- Cushions
- Comforters
- Bath/Sanitary items
- Towels
- Quilts & rugs
D. Refund Method
Once the refund is confirmed, the amount will be processed back to the source account.
- Refund Process
- Once the refund is confirmed, it will be issued to the original mode of payment. The amount will be processed within 14 business days. - Refund Transaction
- The refund amount will be issued to your card or bank account in 14 business days, depending upon the original mode of payment.
- You’ll receive store credit if the payment was made in cash which can only be used for online purchases. The wallet amount will get issued in 2-3 business days. - Refund Denied
- We are unable to process a refund if your returned item does not fall under the policy as described above or if you don’t provide proof of purchase. So, ensure that you keep the receipt.c
- After 45 days of purchasing the item, they can no longer be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturing defect is noticed.
E. Refund for Discounted Items
- Free-of-Charge Items - Any item that has been given free-of-charge with the purchased product must all also be returned.
- Gift Card/Coupon/Offers - If you are to return any product that was purchased using a gift card, coupon or an offer, the other items bought under this order will no longer be applicable. The benefits of the gift card, coupon or offer will not be included in the refund as well.
Example - If the returned item is a part of a buy 2 get 1 free offer - all the products bought under this order have to be returned as they were purchased as a group offer.
- The voucher value will also be lost if an exchange or a refund is placed after you purchase an item using a promo code. Example -If the transaction value is AED250 (AED50 paid by Credit/Debit card + AED200 by promo code) - the exchange or refund amount will be only AED50.
F. Refund Policy for Shipping Charges
- Delivery Fee - The refund amount will exclude the delivery charges paid. We will not refund any delivery charges when a return request is placed for any item that has already been delivered to your home. The refund will be processed based on our evaluation of the product’s condition when returned.
G. Furniture Display items
These cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any special remarks must be agreed with the customer and specified in the Service Level Agreement prior to delivery.
H. Clearance items
Items sold “As-Is” and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. There is no warranty provided and cannot be repaired/retouched before delivery.
I. Damaged items
If the items are damaged during transportation, a full refund or replacement is offered.
J. Manufacturing Defect
If within 365 days of purchase, the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, a full refund or exchange is offered. Photo evidence for the manufacturing defect is required.
Terms of Exchange of Refund
- Original receipt is required (photocopy, re-print copy and softcopy will not be accepted).
- Credit or refund will be provided for the full amount, deducting the shipping fee if items are delivered.
- The voucher value will be lost, if an exchange or a refund is placed after you purchase an item using a promo code.
- Return and refund will not be issued for change of mind reasons.
- Exchange or refund is not applicable for the following:
- Items sold “As-Is” under clearance section
- Items sold from display
- Item that is out of original packaging
- Items showing signs of wear & tear
- Chandeliers & lightings that are delivered and installed
- Hygiene products due to safety reasons. These include duvets, bed sheets, mattresses, pillows, cushions, comforters, bath/sanitary items, towels, quilts & rugs, other bedding and textile. - OC Home reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any product. We may ask for picture identification for further verification.
- After 14 days of purchasing the item, they can no longer be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturing defect is noticed.

OC Home Oman provides a seamless return and refund offer if you’re not entirely satisfied with the purchased products.
To make it a more hassle-free and comfortable experience, we highly recommend all our shoppers check the purchased items at the time of delivery or when collected from the warehouse to ensure there are no defects.
The Refund, Repair and Return Policy of OC Home oman applies when you make an online purchase from www.ochomefurniture.com/om/.
- The returned items will undergo Quality Control checking.
- In case we find any damage or misuse of the items, the return and refund will be denied.
- Customers can initiate a return request if items delivered were damaged, or incorrect within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Not applicable for items collected by the customer.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The refund will be processed only as a Store Credit to your E-Wallet.
- The items must be unopened and in their original packaging when returned.
- Not applicable for furniture items.
- Cut fabrics
- All perfume & diffuser items
- Custom-made orders
- Used goods or items that are accidentally damaged by the shopper
- Bed linens, mattresses, and pillows that are removed from their original packaging
- Items tagged as "Best Price" or sold "As is".
- Furniture that is delivered and assembled in good condition

- Pick up: OC Home will arrange to have the items returned to the warehouse for quality control checking.
Note: Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer must also provide the delivery order number or any other acceptable form of proof of purchase at the time of pick up.

At any time, OC Home reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange and we may ask for picture identification.
OC Home will pick up the items from the customer’s house within 5-7 working days from the date of request.
Once the refund gets approved, OC Home will process the amount to the customer’s E-wallet or bank account within 2 working days.
Note: The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s account depending on the bank’s processing period. Customers are requested to reach out to their bank directly to get an update once the transaction is completed by OC Home.
